kelly oconnorMHX OPERATIONS Officer and hair artistWhen college was not the right fit, there was no choice for Kelly but to dive head first into the beauty industry. She has stuffed these 25 wonderful years full of an endless array of continuing educational opportunities including attendance at hair cutting academies, attending customer service classes, and countless custom color and styling seminars. Kelly along with her husband Johnny, have made it their mission to inspire and be inspired by up and coming talented professionals in the beauty business.

johnny oconnorchief social locomotive and hair artistHailing from Hummelstown, PA, Johnny has two decades of his life dedicated to the hair industry. Injecting a level of premium quality into every visit with his guests, Johnny’s intentions are to provide a welcoming, relaxing and personalized experience. His talents encompass all aspects of hair from custom color and haircuts, precision beard and clipper work, and blow outs that last for days and days. When he is not at the salon or spending time with his awesome family, he is probably playing the drums(or so the neighborhood has heard).

cylissa holtzapplehair artist and social mothCreative, patient, and passionate are only a few ways to describe Cylissa. Spending time in the salon led Cylissa to make the life-changing leap towards her future in the beauty industry. From the start of her career she has focused on delivering classic cuts with a modern edge and dimensional colors to each and every client she works with. While she loves all aspects of hairstyling, her blonding, vivids, and anything edgy are where she thrives. she loves chatting with and building relationships with everyone who sits in her chair but she can appreciate a more quiet appointment when someone needs a little relaxtion time.

Christen Davishair artist and social butterflyChristen is no stranger to the hair industry. With 17 years of experience behind the chair, Christen is well-versed in all services and her passion lies in highlighting and bold transitions. One of her greatest strengths is her outgoing and people-oriented personality that lends itself to building strong connections with her clients to ensure that their hair goals are always met.
Outside of the salon, Christen enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, as well as coaching soccer. Christen's creativity does not stop at hair, she loves painting, crocheting, and indulging in just about any crafty endeavor. |

hair artistizzi is the newest member of the mhx family and she is ready to take the hair world by storm. she is a recent graduate of Walk with Scissors academy and has dove into the salon world head first. Izzi has worked hard to become a well-rounded stylist in all cuts, colors, and styles but short cuts and highlights have a special place in her heart. whether she's taking on a dimensional transformation or a shape-up, its the Connections that izzi makes with whoever sits in her chair that makes this industry so special to her.
